Meet Roni Haskell, better known around Charleston and Summerville as That SC Real Estate Chick.

For more than 20 years, Roni has been helping people find their place in the Lowcountry. From historic homes downtown to waterfront properties and growing communities around Summerville, she knows the market, the neighborhoods, and the stories behind the homes.

Her background actually started in architecture and interior design, with a degree focused on kitchen and bath design. That eye for layout, function, and style still helps her clients today when they are evaluating homes, renovations, and resale potential. A job at an architecture firm originally brought her to Charleston. She fell in love with the area and never left.

Before becoming a top producing Realtor, Roni spent seven years managing new construction communities, giving her deep experience with construction, building codes, and land development. Today she is a broker with Keller Williams and holds multiple professional designations including Luxury Pro, CIPS, CNE, and SRES.

Charleston Women Magazine once called her a “great connector,” which perfectly describes her approach to real estate. Roni believes buying a home means buying into a community, so she makes it a point to connect her clients with the best local contractors, attorneys, cleaners, school administrators, and favorite local business owners.

Her results speak for themselves. Roni consistently ranks in the top 1 percent of agents in the local MLS, out of more than 8,000 agents. She also serves as a Board Member of the North Area Top Producers Club, is the Chairman of the Dorchester County Board of Appeals, and leads a dynamic team that prides itself on surprising and delighting clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

When she is not helping clients, you might spot Roni running the Ravenel Bridge, traveling, spending time with her three daughters, or out enjoying Charleston’s incredible food scene. And of course, Louis the family pup is never far away.
